San Francisco Law Banning All Animal Sales

July 30, 2010

The City of San Francisco is thinking of banning all sales of animals in the city. The idea came out to ban dogs because so many dogs were put down annually in the animal shelter without being adopted yet so many were being sold in pet shops around the city. So then the plan has been expanded to include all pets. So, if this law is passed you will not be able to buy a pet in San Francisco. What do you think of this? I can only imagine the pet shop owners after their investments in their businesses and such must be up in arms. Send me your comments.
